I have always heard of Camping in France from other scouts who were on staff. I was the archery director. I often wondered what it would be like and never looked into it much, until I was approached by a man on the Internet who's was ranting about it. So I looked into it further and found a company that covers all of France when it comes to booking so I reached out to see if they wanted to get some exposure on Camping stories and they said yes.

Going camping in style

The second week of Augest we are going camping and since we doing the nature thing we thought we would turn to Enterprise to rent a Hybrid vehical and tell you all about it. we are camping in Narrowburg NY at a place called Lander's river trips it's about 145 min from NYC. Part of camping is leaving a small foot print low impact. We will be bringing you tips on greener camping tip one Contact Enterprise from Hybrid opptions when traveling. Go on explore a greener world it's not that hard.

Truck filps onto my Sister

This summer was the best no worries but to wake up get ready to eat report to my post at the Archery Field. I loved teaching the sport to see kid who never would have been exposed to Archery in their life most likely. I also tought a few moms some archery and a few other things that year. It was lots of fun and even i learned a lot. Every thing was going great until my family came to visit me and drop off some medication for me. They came to camp we spent the day together. They soon left to go back home when their truck flipped over into a ditch and all where tossed out of the vehicle. The truck landed after rolling over a few time right on my sister who was trapt under the hot pipes under the truck. They all thought she was dead. she survived with the help of God, my family,some stangers and the doctors. I could not bvelive this happened to them and blamed myself for the whole thing for days.

I could not get back there if i tried too

When i was really young about 10 years old we went camping in a romote location this trip i will never forget this was the first time i ever went camping. My cousin Frankie boy was there i don't see him much ant more but back then i looked up to him i don't know why but i did he always treated us bad. I remeber that there was this water fall that he climbed up and that we were the only people there. I had a great time even tyhe drive there i seen planes from Lagaurdia landing almost on the cars on the grand central parkway. And we also seen a bad motorcycle accident that cause the rider to be decapitated its all in my head still till this day.

Indiain Cliffs Boy vs Bear

Indian cliff are in a camp just outside of Narrowsberg NY called Ten Mile River is made up of five camps along the river or the river area. although i was not Jewish for some reason the troop i was in happened to go there. I am glad they did it is home to Indian cliffs. This is a bout 2-1/2 miles form the base of camp. As The story has

it young Indian boy went to prove his manhood by killing a bear. He found a bear to fight the fight was a tough one for both the boy and the Bear. With the boy badly injured and the bearalmost dead the boy pulled the bear int a cave and sealed it off. They tried to open it and cant because the cliffs would be lost. So many years latter i returned and had taken some photos. One dayWhile hanging out with so friends someone noticed two things as i wastelling this tale. The picture of the sealed rock was not as it seamed it had the Indian boy in the rock and a red mark that looks like a bear on it hind legs. I have the pictures i will share them.

I felt like a true moron

I was on our first camping trip by ours I mean Jenn and I we are still together 10 years after this story. That's whole other story in it self. I bragged about my camping skills and my Eagle scout credits the whole way to the campground. I talk about how i could start a fire with rope and some spark or with one match. We got wood from the campground store it was raped in plastic. I could not get this wood to light if my life depended on it. After about 1-1/2 hours I thought maybe the wood that was rapped in plastic could be wet or moist form that rap. So with the store close I knock on this mans door a 12:30 Am It was during labor day east coast it was chilly out. I had to do it. He was more then happy to help us on a cold evening. We went back to the camp site and lets just say it got a little freaky and i lit more then one fire that cold September night.
